Rich suggests a more strict protocol for loaning out telescopes.
Protocol should prohibit messing with scopes, other than collimating
Newtonians. No cleaning, taking apart in any way.<br>
Beginner class. Rod has list of topics.<br>

Swap committee has handle on how to run event. For Sept board meeting
get list of loaner scopes to sell in swap.<br>
Mark to be reimbursed for BlueHost.<br>
Gary Mitchell awarded Contributing membership.<br>
Board votes to use City award funds on loaner scope program.<br>
Club will engage in online discussion regarding telescopes and
accessories for loaner telescopes.<br>
Houge Park use by SJAA extended by City to July 2015.<br>
